Standard Policies

I only accept advance payment via PayPal. I do not accept bank transfers or personal checks.

I ship using Deutsche Post . All orders usually ship within 1-3 days of receiving/processing your order. I ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders I receive on weekends, holidays or after 8:00 pm CET will process the next business day. Please allow 1-3 days extra processing for busy times such as holidays. 

International Shipping

I ship worldwide. International orders from outside the European Union may be charged import duties and taxes. These charges are different in each country and I am not able to calculate the amount as all countries may be different. It is the law that I declare items at full price. 

Returns and Exchanges

Any refused packages will be charged the full amount of return shipping to the buyer.

Returns of CD's will not be excepted.

All returns must be unworn and unwashed. Items not meeting this will be denied. I may deny any item not meeting return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once an item is approved for a return and the item is received I will refund the PayPal account that you used to make the original purchase. Allow up to two weeks for your credit to show up on your PayPal account. Once your order is processed, I cannot make changes to your order.
